Cleverly-designed lock provides high security for cabinets and drawers and helps prevent pinched fingers thanks to a unique "two-way" locking mechanism.  When door or drawer is opened beyond 1 inch, latch will lock into place and not permit further opening OR closing without pushing the latch down in a clever dual-direction manner.  Inexpensive but highly secure option where the cabinet design permits installation.

Installation

• Lock can be side mounted for difficult to reach installations.
• Note: Will not work where cabinet doors are set into cabinet frame, or where nearby cabinet or drawer facings or countertops are so close they do not permit fingers to easily access lock.  Also, will not work on drawers where interior height of drawer box interferes with alignment of lock and "catch piece."
